Powerful and affordable mixer - KitchenAid 475 Watts KT2651X Epicurean Stand Mixer

After reading the reviews on epinions.com about this mixer I went ahead and bought one. My wife blesses it every day, and has started baking more often.

It comes with a sleek design and has easy accessibility. The bowl is 6 Qt, more than enough for any load of basically anything.

My mother still uses the KitchenAid she received as a wedding present some twenty-seven years ago and this is still the only mixer she uses for all her baking and mixer uses. Additionally, the mixer is built like a powerhouse and is not delicate at all.

Great mixer - KitchenAid 300 Watts KSM90 Ultra Power Series Stand Mixer

I believe in purchasing the best quality tool that I can afford, and keeping it for a lifetime. Hopefully that will be true of my new Kitchen Aid Mixer. I’ve had this Cobalt Blue mixer for a year now, and it seems like there’s nothing it can’t do.

PROS

I bought it primarily to bake bread. Every week, I’m making bread by hand. It is such a joy to use this machine to mix and knead the dough. Sure beats kneading by hand. I’ve made about 30 batches of bread and any mistakes are on my part.

And the winner is……….The Oster 3170 Hand Mixer !!!! - Oster 240 Watts 3170 Classic Hand Mixer

This Oster Hand Mixer #3170 was a early Birthday present from my sister. A few weeks ago she came up from Florida for a family visit and stayed for 2 weeks. Now I had a Hamilton Beach hand mixer that I’ve had for 2 years. One day while my sister was still here I was slicing up a roast that I made that day, and my sister was mashing the potatoes with my mixer. Half way through mashing the potatoes the mixer made a funny noise and cut out. I told her to check and make sure that she didn’t pull the cord out of the outlet. But that wasn’t the answer. I had my husband look over the mixer and he tried it out in another outlet. But it still didn’t work. I knew then that I was going to have to purchase a new hand mixer. I only had this mixer for 2 years. I was really surprised that it didn’t last longer then that.

Modern Style - Jenn-Air 400 Watts Attrezzi JSM900 Stand Mixer

I have always wanted a mixer, but the price was always too high. A friend of ours owns an appliance store and was clearing these out and sold it to us for $99. Obviously I jumped on that fairly quickly. I have seen these sold for $430.

Pros: It has 10 speeds

3 attachments: whisk, flat beater and a bread mixing attachment.

The bowl is very pretty. It has flowers etched into it.

I actually like the copper color because it matches my kitchen. I do believe there are other colors it comes in. The attachments go on and come off easily. The arm lifts easily.

I’m all mixed up! - KitchenAid KHM3 Classic Hand Mixer

I have had many ‘cheap’ mixers over the years and always knew when it was time to throw it away and buy another. My indication was when it would start smelling hot, or even start smoking!

I make a lot of cookies and always mix the dough with a hand mixer. You might ask why I wouldn’t want to use a stand mixer and the answer is simple…I don’t like appliances all over my kitchen counters. I like to be able to put them away in a drawer or cupboard. Since stand mixers take up a lot more room, I’ve always stayed with the hand mixers.

KitchenAid KHM5TB Hand Mixer Powers Up with Classic Style - KitchenAid KHM5TB Classic Plus Hand Mixer

The KitchenAid KHM5TB Hand Mixer came to live in my kitchen out of necessity, rather than want. Had not the 5-year old trusty Cuisinart HTM-7L hand mixer bit the dust by way of a frayed power cord (inherent flaw, as it turns out), I’d not have had the good fortune to get to know the KitchenAid.

Everything happens for a reason.

KitchenAid Experience

I have never purchased a KitchenAid product on my own, though have coveted several models of the stand mixer, hand mixers and assorted this-es and thats over the years, yet somehow have managed to luck out in terms of gifts.

I Don’t Care If Gramma Had One… - KitchenAid 250 Watts K45SS Classic Stand Mixer

No matter how much room this thing takes up on my counter, no matter how many friends laugh and say "My Gramma had one of THOSE", no matter how much I paid for it, I LOVE my Kitchen Aid mixer.

I bought it with the intent of being able to beat a cake mix and actually not have to stand there and hold the mixer for the full two minutes required. From there, it just snow balled. Now it’s not only cake mixes, but cookie dough, quick bread mixes and pasta dough.
