Kitchen Mixer Help

We bought this mixer as a replacement for a little-used Sunbeam Mixmaster. The Sunbeam was little used (it was a wedding gift) because it was powerless beyond a simple cake mix. We have not yet discovered ANYTHING that the KitchenAid WON’T mix (cookie dough, bread dough, etc.). The only problem is that we can’t use it MORE.

Weight? Absolutely, but heft is an asset for a mixer. Don’t plan to move it much (you can bet that it won’t move no matter what you’re mixing). The weight gives the feeling of quality, power, and the impression that it will last forever.

I love to cook and I always wanted a great mixer so I purchased my Kitchen Aid (White) about 7 years ago. I bought this particular model with most of the available attachments, e.g. pasta maker, fruit juicer, grinder, slicer, dicer: practically everything but the kitchen sink.

I love the performance of the mixer, the way it makes bread dough, processes juice, or just mixes well with its unique planetary motion.

Well when you have a passion for cooking and baking like I do a hand mixer is a must. Finding a mixer that can handle double batches of cookies and does not poop out is easier said than done. I should know since I have managed to go through five in five years. Yes I am hard on them and expect a lot out of them. So when I saw this Cuisinart 7 speed mixer I did have my doubts, but I have quite a few Cuisinart small appliances and love them.

The kitchen aid mixer is a great product for you home cooks out there. This mixer can be found in most proffessional kitchens and has a large realm of possibilities. It can become a meat grinder and a sausage stuffer, as well as a slicer and many other attachments are availible also. It is great for baking recipes, making merangues, or just about any use one could think of. I would reccomend this mixxer to anyone who is even slightly serious about cooking. The only problem is it is a little pricy. But it does have a lifetime warranty and is a very sturdy, proffessional product.

My sweet husband got this for me (white classic mixer) for Christmas as a surprise–granted there was a LOT of hinting. I couldn’t be happier. I used it to make frosting Christmas afternoon.

I have been shopping for a mixer for a long time; my handheld had all but burned up. Even on eBay I couldn’t find the one I wanted.

This has all the features I wanted–big bowl, 3 attachments, 10 speeds, attractive look, power, and safety precautions. Husband even found it at a good price–$170.00.
