The Dimension 2000 is belt Driven, and has an 800 Watt motor that offers more power than any other household Kitchen Machine. You wont have the same trouble with overheating as you do with other brands. The 6 Qt bowl can easily handle 10 -12 lbs of dough, and the blender will crush or "snow" ice better than any blender on the market.

Dimension 2000 Mixer..

Positive Mixes bread great.

Whirr, hiccup, crunch, bzzzz… my trusty KitchenAid Classic died! But the 800 number on its side put a brand new Classic on my countertop(via UPS) at no charge whatsoever. And the machine that had put more joy into my cooking, baking, pasta making and sausage stuffing had returned to my kitchen.

The secret to success (and source for grumbles) of all KitchenAid Stand Mixers is their orbital mixing motion. The hub of the mixer rotates in one direction while the beater, attached to the edge of the hub, rotates in the opposite direction. Most mixing chores are exquisitely done in half the time! The parts that need clean up are few and easy to do. For decades, this technical edge has earned KitchenAid joyful reviews and a tendency to overlook shortcomings.

I got my Sunbeam Mixmaster for Christmas and used it that same day to make the mashed potatoes for Christmas dinner, and the chocolate cake and icing for dessert. Everything came out great!

This mixer was so easy to put together. I just popped the mixer part onto the stand, and voila! And there are two types of blades, one for regular mixing and one set of bread hooks. Both sets are heavy duty, and it’s clear which blade goes on which side of the mixer.

I bought this mixer last summer when my beloved 30 year old Oster Kitchen Center began to stink of ozone every time I used it. I knew the motor was going on it, much to my dismay as I used it for everything.

The KitchenAid Ultra Power Stand Mixer has become one of the most used appliances in my home. With the additional attachments, I have made fresh orange juice, canned spaghetti sauce, shredded ingredients for salads, made homemade pizza crust, and mixed tons of cookie and cake batter! I never cooked as much before I had the KitchenAid mixer.

This mixer is part of The KitchenAid Countertop Collection. The other appliances include food processors, blenders, hand mixers, & toasters. I only have the mixer, but I will be purchasing the food processor soon!
