The Kitchen Aid Classic Series K45SS Stand Mixer is a God Send for me. My husband bought it for me as a present and I absolutely love it. He knows I love to bake and prepare foods and this has been the best and longest lasting item we have purchased for my kitchen. It comes in different colors to match your kitchen also. It is much quieter than my last mixer and that helps with children around the house trying to sleep, etc. I absolutely love this item. I am asking Santa for different attachments to it. It comes with SO many different attachments, I am anxious to get them all. I definitely recommend this to anyone who loves to cook and bake - it is the greatest.

A year ago Thanksgiving I was at a friend’s house making us all a Thanksgiving dinner. I couldn’t find a hand mixer, but under this cover appeared to be something that might work. I lifted the quilted cover and found this old, antiquated, GREEN stand mixer that said "Kitchenaid" on the front. I had my doubts, but that lemon meringue pie wasn’t going to make itself! I plugged it in, turned it on, and fell in love. I later found out it had belonged to her GRANDMOTHER! It was still going great guns and made a wonderful meringue! I had to have one.

I got this kitchenaid mixer 3 years ago. It is one of the best mixers I have ever used. It is still going strong after 3 years of abuse. I can use it all day during my christmas baking season.

The mixer came with stainless steel bowl, three different mixing tools, and a splash guard. I rarely ever use the splash guard it as I do find splash is not really an issue in my baking.

Usually in the $80.00 range. I would then head to the Dollar Store and pick up one for around $9.99, take it home use it several times and then it would burnout. I would wait until the next time I needed a mixer and purchase another cheapo.
