My husband gave me this for a Christmas present. I use it weekly for all sorts of things. I can mix a double batch of bread dough without any difficulty at all. It’s easy enough to put together to use for smaller jobs, too. The housing is of heavy duty construction. The unit is very stable. It is a very weighty unit though, so it really needs a place to sit more or less permanently. It is too tall for most standard appliance lifts in cabinets, and it’s a monster to pick up and move. As long as you accept that, you will be very happy with this mixer.
