The Kitchen Aid Ultra Power mixer is simply the best mixer you can buy for the money. The durability and quality of the product is second to none and it looks great.
One word of caution - if you’re primarily concerned with making dough, you probably want to consider a bread making machine or similar product. The Ultra Power mixer certainly can handle the task, but the heavy strain that kneading dough causes is really something the mixer wasn’t designed to withstand indefinitely. The product can last a lifetime if it is NOT used to primarily knead bread dough.
