I received this mixer as a present about 13 years ago. I have never had any problems with the mixer, I would have to say that it is one of my better kitchen gadgets. There are so many attachments you can get for this machine, pasta maker, meat grinder. oh so many. I lost the dough hook, no problem called the company and they sent me a new one, I had to pay but it was worth it!!!!!!
THe only draw back to this machine is it is very heavy, Before we redid our kitchen I did not use it much because I had to lift it but know I have it on the counter behind doors, which I keep the mixer in, so I find myself using it all the time.
If you love to cook this is a must have for YOU!!!
