My husband bought me this mixer after I told him to get me a food processor. I was initially really upset that he decided to get me a mixer instead of a food processor. After explaining to him the difference between the two machines I begged him to take it back. I wasn’t going to make bread, or cakes, or anything else that this mixer claims to be good at making! I have twins girls (eight months old) and a 2 1/2 year old boy…. I simply do not have the time to bake bread and cakes! I also have my own business at home! My husband insisted we keep the darn machine and I back down…. I vowed never to use it.

Now, I must admit I love the darn thing! The other day I used it to make my own ground beef (I have the attachment) and wala it was beautiful! I have used it to make falafel (the chickpeas round veggie patties… a middle eastern delicacy), ground beef, chocolate cake and yes,,,, bread. It is wonderfully strong and very reliable. It is easy to use (even for a someone who doesn’t get around much in the kitchen… like me), easy to clean, and you just stick it on your kitchen counter and fool other people into thinking that you are a chef in the kitchen! It is great… my kids can’t get to it… cause it easy so heavy to move around. That sometimes can be a pain but you can live with it!
