I got my Sunbeam Mixmaster for Christmas and used it that same day to make the mashed potatoes for Christmas dinner, and the chocolate cake and icing for dessert. Everything came out great!

This mixer was so easy to put together. I just popped the mixer part onto the stand, and voila! And there are two types of blades, one for regular mixing and one set of bread hooks. Both sets are heavy duty, and it’s clear which blade goes on which side of the mixer.

There are two stainless steel bowls that come with the mixer, large (3-3/4 qt) and small (1-1/2 qt), and the stand base adjusts for which bowl you’re using.

There are 12 different speeds to choose from, and recommendations on the speed control dial for which foods you are mixing to go with each speed. And there’s a power burst button to increase the power for a short amount of time when you need it.

It was so easy to use that I was able to walk away while the cake batter was mixing to melt the chocolate on the stove, and just let it do its thing! And the head of the mixer can pop off the stand so you can use it as a hand mixer if you need to. You can also just adjust the mixer head upright to remove or change the beaters.

I love this mixer and so thrilled to have it. I’m baking more now than ever because this thing is so easy to use AND clean!
