This a quality mixer. It has three attachments which all serve their purposes well. The tilt back head makes changing the accessories very simple. The bowl is stainless steel and the ’sap’ between accessories edges and the bowl is quite small, so it mixes well. The accessories are as heavy duty as the machine itself, and are coated in a smooth material that cleans well.

The machine is excellent for dumping the ingredients in and walking away for 5 minutes. When you come back, it is all ready to go.

I was a little disappointed in the preparation of stiff doughs like bread dough. I don’t think it is up to the task of kneading, the machine seems to be stressed by this and I was concerned about breaking it. Otherwise, it is excellent for most any other kind of batter you could make.

I also notice the price in Canada seems quite a bit higher than in the United States.
