I think most people really don’t want to mess up the large mixer each time they want to stir, mix, up a small amount of their food items. That is why I have the KitchenAid 3 Speed Ultra Power Mixer that is easily cleaned, with turbo power when I am using it!
KitchenAid is a part of the Whirlpool Company. This one has exclusive to this mixer, a cleaning Turbo Beater for an accessory. The power is extensive, yet, it is not hard to direct, to keep where you want it, and to mix up the most difficult to mix items. Even chocolate chip cookie dough is easily beaten up, without ruining the chocolate chips!
This mixer automatically senses when more power is needed, and, when less is enough. The vents on this mixer are placed so that food does not get into them. The mixer, itself, is rounded in such a way to keep clean up an easy job.
There is an easily pushed button that will eject the blades from the mixer. That’s far less messy for your hands! For extra stability, there is a heel rest that has been created for the back of the mixer. Just set it down, when you need to.
The actual model number is: KHM3WH. It has 120 volts, 60 HZ, is AC only, and meant only for home usage. Fully warranted, if not abused, if used for home use, only. This is not something you want to use in a restaurant, and expect the makers to allow the warranty to be in effect. This is normal for home appliance warranties. The full warranty is for one year. If you forget to send in your warranty, remember that appliance dealers are required, by law, to keep track of when you bought the appliance, and to keep track of the warranty period, for you!
If you are not used to putting together a hand mixer, this one has a booklet that will guide you, step by step. It is very, very easily done. On top of this mixer, you will see the three speeds that are available for use. Low, Medium, High are all clearly marked and easily changed as you go along!
I enjoy having mine, and I give it the highest ratings. I have had wimpy mixers, and this is NOT one of that quality. It is high quality material, made into a high quality, easily used, easily cleaned hand mixer that will last you for years and years! It is really nice, handy, and very sturdy!
