Operates great especially with the metal attachments. Love the dough hook! Is A great product and saves time when you have too kneed and mix large amounts in a certain amount of time.
It is however a little costly for the everyday home use that would only use it on occasion. have a had a few mixers in my time and none compares to the Professional 6. The speed sensor is great and the operation of the mixer is a breeze. Clean up is a breeze also. If you wipe it down as soon as you are done, it wipes clean without a problem.
