My son is a chef and uses a Kitchen Aid mixer where he works, so, last Christmas he bought one for me! It is not the high powered type that you see the Chef’s on T.V. use, but, honestly, I really can’t see the difference. Mine does the same thing the heavy duty ones do. I have never seen a machine work so fast! It whips eggs and heavy cream to perfection! Handles heavy batters like gingerbread with ease. It is easy to clean up, so, easy, I keep it handy on my countertop because there is no job too big or too small for it to handle. It makes great sausage with the attachment also. Great bread dough, mixed with ease and perfection! Bread comes out light every time.
