Great for small business!

Positive Easy clean, good timer.
Cons: Hate the safety shield, though I KNOW it’s important.

I’ve used much larger Spar mixers at my restaurant job, but chose this smaller model for my home-based business. I’ve only had it for a week, but I really enjoy the digital timer on it. So much nicer than running to set my own timer each time. I was a bit confused by the NON-twisting stop button as the larger model at work required a twist and pull action. I’ll have to get used to that! I do despise the necessity for the safety guard!! I keep my finger pushing the safety button to “fool” the machine each time I make buttercreams with hot sugar syrup. I certainly don’t want to use the plastic shield for this task. Nice that it’s still possible though!
