Four years ago we received our KitchenAid stand mixer for our wedding. What a great present! I love to bake - cookies, bread, whatever. There are many times those little hand mixer just couldn’t handle the batter. This one, with it’s 325-watt motor does the trick every time. I haven’t found anything I make that this mixer can’t handle. The one improvement I would make to this mixer is a slightly wider bowl to add ingredients - but I suppose it would help if I used the shield that came with it! KitchenAid stand mixers have a great reputation for lasting, and I’m looking forward to using mine for a long time!
