This is the grand daddy of them all. If you are into baking, and I mean baking, then this is for you. With 475 watts of power, it makes double batches with great ease. It has the bowl lift feature than enables the cook to place the mixer next to the wall. This is important because it does take up a good amount of space. However,if you are the causal cook that will prepare a batch of brownies now and then, don’t spend the money. 6 quart bowl… that’s 1.5 gallons. A major plus of this appliance is it’s look. Just the fact that it is on your countertop makes the kitchen look gourmet. I recommend the Cobalt Blue color. Keep in mind, this is a bigger stand mixer than Emeril has on his show.
